What We Are Looking For (Basic Requirements):
To excel in this role, you should bring:
Education: High school diploma, graduate, or equivalent (any field).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic conversational English to confidently approach and pitch to customers.
Local Knowledge: A good understanding of Dehradun’s geography, neighborhoods, and local market trends (especially critical for Field Sales).
Mobility: A valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler for daily commuting and client visits (essential for Field Sales).
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with using smartphones, navigating Google Maps, and updating basic data or CRM apps.
Mindset: A highly motivated, target-oriented attitude with a strong resilience against rejection.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential leads and pitch our products/services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
