Job Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for our UK International Voice Process. The role involves communicating with UK customers, maintaining professionalism, and achieving performance targets.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to UK customers.
Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
Build positive customer relationships.
Follow client scripts and compliance guidelines.
Update customer information accurately in the CRM.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Maintain quality standards during calls.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Confident speaking ability with a neutral accent.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in UK shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in an international BPO.
Sales or customer service experience.
Strong listening and persuasion skills.
