Deputy Manager- Production
- 15 to 20 years exp with BE or Diploma Mechanical, Aerospace and Automotive, industrial engineering etc. Aerospace experience is preferred.
- Should have Led, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team to meet operational goals and maintain quality standards
- Should have knowledge about CNC Milling, Turning & Programming
- Hands on experience in selection of machines, installation, commissioning etc.,
- Knowledge about Machining, 5S and GD&T
- Production Planning, Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Assist in coordinating team activities and workflows to optimize production efficiency
- Provide training and support to team members and Manpower handling
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
