We are looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Motion Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of agency experience who understands design and motion tools, social media content, client expectations, and the pace of creative delivery.
This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who can execute independently, take initiative, understand feedback, and deliver quality work without needing constant supervision.
Role Overview
The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating motion graphics, social media creatives, short-form videos, static designs, reels, campaign assets, and basic visual adaptations across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, understand client needs, and be proactive in improving the creative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animated social media posts, reels, video edits, campaign assets, and static creatives.
- Work on day-to-day design and motion requirements for brands, campaigns, pitches, and social media.
- Understand briefs clearly and execute them with minimal dependency.
- Adapt creatives across different formats such as Instagram posts, stories, reels, banners, presentations, and digital ads.
- Work closely with senior designers, creative leads, copywriters, and servicing teams.
- Understand client feedback and make required revisions with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain good design hygiene, file organization, naming, and export standards.
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, motion styles, and platform requirements.
- Take initiative in suggesting better visual ideas, references, animations, and improvements.
- Manage assigned tasks responsibly and meet timelines under pressure.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of Figma will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media formats, reels, short-form video, digital creatives, and campaign adaptations.
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, graphic design, social media content, or digital creative work.
- Prior experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, design studio, or social media team is preferred.

- Good sense of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to animate text, graphics, transitions, product visuals, and simple storytelling sequences.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to understand feedback and execute changes properly.
- Initiative-driven and willing to learn.
- Should not need constant handholding for basic tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
