**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Inside Sales Executive** to act as the backbone of our sales operations. In this role, you will not be selling; you will be the central coordinator ensuring that every lead is nurtured, and every client receives a seamless experience from inquiry to installation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Lead Coordination:** Act as the first point of contact for leads (calls, emails, website inquiries) ,understand their requirements for their properties and passing on the requirement to field sales team.
* **Proposal Management:** Drawing collection pro-forma invoices, and sales contracts using our product catalog and pricing sheets.
* **Sales Support:** Assist the field sales team by scheduling site visits, schedule architect visits following up on pending quotes, and maintaining client records in our database sheets.
* **Client Interaction:** Maintain relationships with architects and clients by providing timely updates on order status.
* **Showroom Management:** Assist walk-in clients at our Dehradun showroom by explaining product features (Aluminum vs. uPVC) and guiding them through our display range.
Qualifications:*
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Architecture, or a related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum **1–2years** of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.
* *Preference given to candidates with prior experience in the Construction, Interior Design, or Real Estate industries.*
**Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi** are mandatory.
* **Key Traits:** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail (crucial for technical specifications), and a customer-centric mindset.
