- Plan, lead, and deliver civil engineering projects from kickoff through completion.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality to keep projects on track and within contract requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and update project work plans, timelines, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and supervise design, permitting, and construction support activities.
- Review engineering drawings, calculations, reports, submittals, RFIs, and deliverables before client submission.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, permitting requirements, and client standards.
- Monitor project costs, invoicing, profitability, revenue forecasting, and receivables.
- Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and contract issues.
- Lead team meetings, client status meetings, and progress reviews.
- Mentor and direct junior engineers and technical staff.
- Support business development by preparing proposals, scopes, fee estimates, and presentations.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, utility providers, architects, surveyors, and subcontractors as needed.
- Maintain complete and organized project documentation and records.
- Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve project issues quickly and escalate major concerns when necessary.
- Oversee construction administration tasks such as change orders, procurement tracking, and schedule updates when applicable.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
