Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation & Excel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience in preparing, maintaining, and managing business documents. The candidate should be accurate, efficient, and capable of handling data with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain various business documents, reports, and records.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including data entry, formatting, and analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports and summaries as required.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update required information.
- Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned documentation tasks.
- Support administrative and operational activities as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, filtering, sorting, and data validation).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in documentation, data management, or a similar role (freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in preparing MIS reports.
- Familiarity with ERP or document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,090.64 - ₹32,475.32 per month
