Goodwyn Tea is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across West India in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the HoReCa customer network across West India.
Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional clients.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
Execute sales and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in HoReCa sales, preferably in tea, coffee, beverages, FMCG, or food service.
Strong network within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively across the region.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
