- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress through regular classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessment, and overall performance on the school's ERP system.
- Prepare annual, monthly, weekly, and daily lesson plans in accordance with the academic calendar.
- Differentiate teaching methods to cater to students with varying learning abilities and needs.
- Foster students' social, emotional, moral, and intellectual development through classroom and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain discipline and implement effective classroom management strategies while ensuring student safety and well-being.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall development through PTMs and other communication channels.
- Prepare and develop teaching-learning materials (TLMs), worksheets, presentations, and classroom displays.
- Participate actively in school assemblies, celebrations, competitions, educational trips, and other institutional events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
- Complete all academic and administrative responsibilities within prescribed timelines.
- Support admission-related activities, orientation programmes, and promotional events as assigned by the school management.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, seminars, and professional development programmes to continuously improve teaching competencies.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus, revision, and examination preparation.
- Promote values, ethics, life skills, and good citizenship among students.
- Adhere to all school policies, CBSE guidelines, child protection norms, and professional standards.
- Perform additional academic or administrative duties assigned by the Principal or School Management from time to time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
