Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble, and maintain aluminium dies and press tools to high tolerances.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Use conventional machines (lathe, milling, surface grinder) and CNC machines, VMC Machines to create die components.
- Perform die fitting, hand-finishing, and tool adjustments to ensure smooth operation and quality output.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on dies and moulds.
- Troubleshoot tool failures or production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct tool try-outs and participate in sample and pilot production runs.
- Work closely with design, quality, and production teams to ensure tooling meets all functional and dimensional requirements.
- Maintain records of tool usage, repairs, and modifications.
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in press tool die making, specifically for aluminium dies and moulds.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Hands-on experience with conventional and VMC/CNC machines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of die manufacturing or aluminium forming processes.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to ISO/TS quality standards and lean manufacturing practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
