About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Care Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be able to handle customer interactions professionally. If you enjoy talking to customers and solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.
Note : There are no sale or targets based work given in this job.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Confirm customer orders over phone and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation, delivery, and returns.
- Update customer details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Good memory, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
