About the Opportunity
We are looking for highly motivated and target-oriented US Travel Sales Consultants to join our growing travel sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in US travel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful flight bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle US travel and flight sales inquiries from prospective customers.
- Manage and convert inbound sales calls generated through Meta and PPC campaigns.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
- Drive end-to-end sales conversions while maintaining a high level of customer experience.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build strong customer relationships and maximize repeat business and referrals.
- Effectively handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the relevant CRM/system.
- Ensure professional communication throughout the sales and booking process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and post-sales support.
Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Travel Sales / International Travel Sales.
- Prior experience specifically in US flight sales will be highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-driven, energetic, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
- Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs.
Preferred
- Experience handling Meta/PPC-generated sales leads or calls.
- Experience with international airline reservations or travel processes.
- Strong understanding of US travel routes, fares, and flight booking processes.
