We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented MBA students or recent graduates who are passionate about Business Development and International IT Sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential international clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, company databases, and other B2B platforms.
- Generate qualified leads using various lead generation techniques.
- Assist in cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up communication with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior business development executives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business documents as required.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand client requirements.
- Learn and support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client acquisition.
Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing, Business Management, International Business, or related specialization) pursuing or completed in 2026.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to build a career in International Business Development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, or other lead generation platforms is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
