· MSc Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
· 3 - 5 years of relevant chemistry research experience in a CRO.
· Design, optimize, and scale synthetic routes for target molecules with a focus on efficiency and reproducibility.
· Independently plan and execute complex organic synthesis experiments.
· Mentor junior chemists and support team development.
· Contribute to project planning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Maintain proper documentation in line with regulatory and quality standards.
· Excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹359,271.38 - ₹642,853.08 per year
