Job Summary
Alpha Milk Company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect Designer with 3–5 years of experience to design and execute commercial, industrial, and office projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural planning, AutoCAD, 3D design, and site execution.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Prepare architectural layouts, drawings, and working plans.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and company requirements.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Suggest cost-effective and innovative design solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and architectural standards.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of relevant architectural design experience.
