Position Overview
This is a management-facing role that requires exceptional communication, executive coordination, and administrative skills. The selected candidate will work directly with the hospital management and will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments, managing executive schedules, handling official communication, and maintaining a professional front-office environment.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the organization with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities and communication for the hospital management.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain smooth communication across departments and ensure timely execution of management directives.
- Handle front office responsibilities while ensuring an exceptional visitor experience.
- Attend management meetings and monitor completion of action items.
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and MIS reports.
- Receive and manage calls, emails, and official communications.
- Perform telecalling for patient follow-ups, appointments, campaigns, business coordination, or management initiatives whenever required.
- Coordinate hospital events, VIP visits, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Support management in administrative projects and operational coordination.

Qualifications
