Looking for a Patient Coordinator / Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in the medical/healthcare industry, preferably in hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, dermatology or aesthetic clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient enquiries, inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Counsel patients regarding hair transplant and related treatments.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into consultations and appointments.
- Coordinate patient visits and doctor consultations.
- Maintain patient records and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve calling, appointment and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Patient Coordination and Telecalling.
- Experience in hair transplant / cosmetic surgery / dermatology / aesthetic clinic preferred.
- Excellent Hindi & English communication.
- Strong counselling, patient handling and lead-conversion skills.
- Confident, target-oriented and customer-focused.
