Job Description – B.Tech Electrical Engineer
Position: B.Tech Electrical Engineer – ATL Program
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Location: School Campus
Accommodation: Food and accommodation will be provided in the school hostel.
About the Role
We are looking for a B.Tech Electrical Engineer to work as part of our ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) program in a school. The candidate will be responsible for supporting students with hands-on learning, electrical/electronic projects, robotics, innovation activities, and day-to-day ATL operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and hands-on sessions for students in the ATL.
- Guide students in electrical, electronics, robotics, and STEM-based projects.
- Help students develop innovative models and working prototypes.
- Explain basic electrical and electronic concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Assist students with circuit building, sensors, Arduino/microcontrollers, and basic automation projects.
- Maintain and manage ATL equipment, tools, and materials.
- Ensure proper safety practices while students are working with electrical and electronic equipment.
- Organize project-based learning activities, competitions, exhibitions, and innovation events.
- Maintain basic records of projects, activities, and student participation.
- Coordinate with school teachers and management for ATL-related activities.
Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, innovation, and STEM activities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, electronics, Arduino, robotics, or programming will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable staying in the school hostel for the duration of the assignment.
