Position: Commis I – Continental Chef
Department: Kitchen Production
Reports To: Sous Chef / Head Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, and other continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control are maintained.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation as per food safety standards.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of raw materials.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in continental cuisine, especially pizza, pasta, and burger preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
