ValetEZ is hiring Junior Technicians- Trainee to support installation, testing, and maintenance of smart parking systems at client sites. This role involves basic electrical and electronic work, device installation, wiring, drilling, fixing, and coordination with the deployment team during site execution.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Instrumentation
- ITI candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
Technical Knowledge & Skills (Mandatory)
- Basic electrical circuit theory (AC/DC fundamentals)
- Understanding of basic electrical components (MCB, SMPS, relays, switches, sensors, cables, connectors)
- Basic electronics familiarity (controllers, readers, cameras, indicators)
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and cable dressing
- Ability to read simple wiring diagrams and follow installation instructions
Practical / Hands-on Skills
- Installation of parking equipment, such as:
- Boom barriers
- Entry/exit controllers
- ANPR cameras
- Sensors, RFID readers, push buttons, indicators
- Cable laying, routing, tagging, and termination
- Drilling, fixing, mounting of devices on walls, poles, cabinets, and floors
- Basic civil coordination (conduits, sleeves, junction boxes)
- Use of basic tools: drilling machine, tester, multimeter, crimping tools, spanners
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute installation and commissioning of ValetEZ parking systems at the site
- Assist in system testing and go-live activities
- Ensure proper wiring, labelling, and neat finishing at the site
- Coordinate with the site in charge, supervisors, and deployment managers
- Follow safety practices during electrical and installation work
- Report daily work progress and site issues to the reporting manager
- Support troubleshooting and basic maintenance when required
