Job Overview
We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Associate to work at our jewellery showroom in Bardoli. The role involves assisting customers, showing jewellery products, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the overall showroom sales process.
Candidates with experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, showroom sales, customer service, or fashion/accessories sales are welcome to apply. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in customer-facing sales can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and show suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product details, designs, and available options to customers.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Maintain good communication and customer service.
- Support daily showroom sales activities.
- Keep jewellery displays and showroom areas properly organized.
- Coordinate with team members for customer service and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain basic sales and customer records.
- Support in achieving assigned showroom sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in jewellery, retail, showroom, fashion, accessories, or customer-facing sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Candidates living in Bardoli or nearby areas may be preferred.
