Role Overview:We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to take charge of a designated section in our kitchen. In this role, you will prepare high-quality dishes according to our recipes and collaborate with the senior culinary team to elevate our menu offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum [Insert3 -5] years of proven experience as a CDP or strong performance as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
- Education: Culinary school diploma or relevant vocational certification.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- Team Player: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
