Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal cum Admin Associate to support the company's legal documentation, compliance, contract management, and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Responsibilities
Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with all the stakeholders on ongoing legal matters.
Maintain legal records and document repositories.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Track contract renewals, licenses, permits, and compliance deadlines.
Conduct basic legal research when required.
Assist in handling notices, legal correspondence, and documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office administration and documentation to support the GMs.
Maintain company records and confidential files.
Coordinate with vendors, meetings, appointments, and other arrangements.
Prepare reports, mails, presentations, and official correspondence.
Liaise with vendors, consultants, and required authorities.
Handle procurement and office asset management.
Support with employee documentation and onboarding formalities.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) preferred.
Graduates in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields with relevant experience may also apply.
1–3 years of experience in legal documentation and administration.
English and tamil speaking and writing fluency, typing skills are required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
