Job Title : EXECUTIVE CHEF
Location : YMR Junction, Nanthencode Trivandrum
Qualification :Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1.Lead and manage all bakery and kitchen operations.
2.Develop and standardize recipes for cakes, pastries, desserts, and savory products.
3.Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products.
4.Supervise and train chefs, bakers, and kitchen staff.
5.Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery to outlets
Required Skills
1.Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role.
2.Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
3.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
