Production Supervisor – PET Bottle Baling
Location: Madhubani, Bihar
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years (Experience in PET Bottle Scrap/Recycling Industry preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our PET Bottle Baling Unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising bottle sorting, cleaning, baling operations, inventory management, and workforce to ensure smooth production, quality, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the complete PET bottle receiving, sorting, cleaning, and baling process.
- Ensure proper segregation of PET bottles based on color, quality, and contamination.
- Monitor and supervise the operation of baling machines and related equipment.
- Maintain daily records of inward material, production, dispatch, and stock.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, finished bales, and consumables.
- Supervise labour and production staff, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Verify weighing, billing, and documentation related to material receipts and dispatches.
- Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and stock reporting.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety standards, and efficient workplace operations.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth plant functioning.
- Report daily production, inventory, and operational performance to management.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in PET bottle scrap handling and baling operations.
- Knowledge of PET bottle sorting, grading, and quality standards.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Familiarity with weighbridge operations, billing, and dispatch documentation.
- Ability to supervise labour and manage day-to-day plant activities.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience may also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
