Job Title: House Manager
Location: Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence in Domlur, Bengaluru. In addition to managing household staff and operations, the House Manager will play a key role in coordinating healthcare services, including working closely with nurses, doctors, and other medical professionals to ensure the client's health and wellness needs are met.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing private residences and be comfortable handling medical coordination, scheduling, and household administration with the utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and smooth functioning of the residence.
- Supervise and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and other domestic employees.
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Schedule and manage medical appointments, health check-ups, and follow-up consultations.
- Ensure medications, medical supplies, and healthcare equipment are available and managed efficiently.
- Maintain medical records, prescriptions, and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with the chef to ensure meals are prepared according to prescribed dietary requirements.
- Manage household vendors, maintenance, and service providers.
- Handle household inventory, procurement, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience as a House Manager, Residence Manager, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience managing private residences, HNI/UHNI households, or luxury homes.
- Experience coordinating with healthcare professionals, nurses, or caregivers is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in hospitality, healthcare administration, or residence management.
- Experience supporting senior citizens or clients with ongoing medical requirements.
- First Aid certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
