Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales manger with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for tele-calling leads , training franchisees and also willing to travel outside the state (totally on Company's expense) once or twice a month and .Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound tele-calling to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Present our products/services effectively to generate sales.
- Travel outside the state once or twice a month for face-to-face meetings or training sessions.
- Provide training and support to franchise partners as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tele sales or a related field.
- Willingness to travel outside the state as required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to train and support franchisees effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
