Job Description
Usicly Private Limited is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller – Artist Onboarding Executive to connect with singers, musicians, bands, DJs, dancers, anchors, and other artists across India. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the Usicly platform, onboarding new artists, and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and connect with artists to introduce the Usicly platform.
- Explain membership plans and platform benefits.
- Convince artists to register and complete their onboarding.
- Collect and verify artist details and required documents.
- Follow up with interested artists until registration is completed.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM.
- Handle artist queries professionally.
- Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Telecalling, sales, or customer support experience is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
