Job Summary
Maxposure Limited is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to drive the execution of high-impact digital campaigns and brand communications. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise, creative thinking, and leadership skills to deliver engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms.

- Drive compelling visual storytelling that enhances audience engagement and strengthens brand presence.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+years of hands-on design experience with a relevant creative degree.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and evolve in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of digital campaigns, social media content, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
- Manage end-to-end creative projects, from ideation to final delivery.
- Oversee digital content, video production, motion graphics, and multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Editorial, Sales, and Business teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output across all digital touchpoints.
- Mentor and guide designers and creative team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered tools, and creative best practices.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with AI-powered content creation and design tools.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile editing applications such as InShot and CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats, digital storytelling, branding, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+years of experience in digital design, branding, content creation, or creative leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing digital creative projects across social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Experience in media, digital publishing, content, advertising, or marketing agencies is preferred.
Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping Maxposure Limited's digital creative output, delivering innovative campaigns and content that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.
