Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk of our commercial building. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, vendors, and clients while ensuring smooth communication and coordination between multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, tenants, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain a pleasant lobby environment.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company procedures.
- Coordinate communication between departments such as Administration, HR, Accounts, Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Facility Management.
- Assist tenants with general inquiries and coordinate service requests with the concerned department.
- Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Schedule meeting room bookings and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Maintain reception registers, contact directories, and other administrative records.
- Support the Administration team in daily office coordination and documentation.
- Follow company policies related to security, visitor management, and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasant personality with professional etiquette and grooming.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a commercial building, corporate office, hotel, or business center.
- Knowledge of visitor management systems.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (or as per company policy)
Salary
As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
