Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy goals based on each child's developmental profile.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions.
- Work with children presenting with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Speech delay
- Language delay
- Childhood Apraxia of Speech
- Stammering/Stuttering
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Social communication difficulties
- Oral-motor and feeding concerns
- Maintain detailed therapy notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
- Counsel and educate parents regarding home programs and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Psychologists, Special Educators, and Pediatricians.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Monitor progress and modify intervention plans based on outcomes.
- Maintain professional documentation and ensure confidentiality.
- Participate in workshops, parent training programs, school consultations, and awareness initiatives.
- Stay updated with current research and best clinical practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
- Valid registration with the appropriate professional council (where applicable).
- Freshers with strong clinical training may apply.
- Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
