The Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR operations aligned with company goals.
1. Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Post job openings on portals, social media, and networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Finalize candidates and issue offer letters
2. Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct induction and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records (digital & physical)
- Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements
- Conduct exit interviews
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Coordinate salary processing with accounts team
- Handle reimbursements, incentives, and deductions
- Ensure timely salary disbursement
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HR policies and employee handbook
- Manage employee database and HR software
- Handle employee queries and HR support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
5. Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems
- Track employee KPIs and productivity
- Coordinate performance reviews
- Support training and development programs
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan team-building activities and events
- Maintain positive workplace environment
- Address employee grievances
- Improve employee satisfaction and retention
7. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Handle documentation for audits
- Ensure company policies are legally compliant
8. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments
- Organize internal/external training sessions
- Monitor employee skill development
- Maintain training records

Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
