Job Profile & ResponsibilitiesTeaching:
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, clinical demonstrations, and tutorials in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology).
- Participate in academic discussions, seminars, workshops, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
- Mentor MBBS students, interns, and postgraduate residents.
Clinical Duties:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) ENT services at the attached teaching hospital.
- Diagnose and manage patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Perform ENT surgeries and emergency procedures as per institutional protocols.
Academic Activities:
- Supervise interns, junior residents, and postgraduate students.
- Guide research projects, publications, dissertations, and academic presentations.
- Participate in departmental research and quality improvement initiatives.
Administrative Support:
- Participate in departmental planning, meetings, examinations, and accreditation-related activities.
- Assist in curriculum development, academic assessments, and departmental administration.
