The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, and good communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Monitor systems and applications for performance issues
- Handle incident tickets and resolve technical problems
- Support Windows/Linux systems and remote connectivity tools
- Escalate critical issues to higher support teams when required
- Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
