Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and operationally strong Senior Digital Marketing Head / Business Director who can lead Digicomm’s next phase of growth, profitability, operational excellence, and premium client acquisition.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong agency-side digital marketing experience
- Proven team leadership capabilities
- Expertise in client servicing and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of performance-driven digital ecosystems
- Ability to build scalable systems and profitable operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership-driven execution
This role requires both strategic vision and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Drive overall growth and expansion of the Digicomm vertical
- Expand and strengthen high-value client portfolios
- Improve monthly recurring revenues and profitability
- Develop growth strategies for sectors including:
- Real Estate
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Luxury Brands
- Corporate Brands
- Startups
- Identify new service opportunities and additional revenue streams
2. Client Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Lead key client relationships and strategic accounts
- Build integrated communication and digital marketing strategies
- Oversee:
- Performance Marketing
- Social Media Strategy
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- ORM Initiatives
- Digital Brand Positioning
- Ensure measurable business outcomes and ROI-driven execution
3. Team Management & Leadership
Lead and manage teams across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO
- ORM
- Social Media
- Content
- Creative Coordination
- Analytics
Additional responsibilities:
- Build strong second-line leadership
- Improve team productivity, accountability, and delivery quality
- Develop structured SOPs and reporting systems
- Foster a high-performance and process-driven culture
4. Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Supervise and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Manage lead funnels, retargeting ecosystems, and conversion tracking
- Ensure strong ROI and campaign profitability
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and reporting dashboards
- Drive data-backed marketing decisions
5. Systems, Operations & Profitability
- Build scalable operational systems and workflows
- Improve internal efficiencies and client profitability
- Establish reporting structures and governance mechanisms
- Maintain operational transparency across teams
- Reduce dependency on person-driven processes
6. Brand Building & Innovation
- Introduce innovative digital-first campaign ideas
- Strengthen Digicomm’s positioning as a premium integrated communications company
- Support in-house brands and ICCPL Group ventures
- Introduce AI tools, automation systems, and modern digital workflows wherever applicable
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in the digital marketing agency ecosystem
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Expertise in:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Lead Generation
- Social Media Marketing
- ORM
- Campaign Planning
- Client Strategy
- Experience handling large retainers and premium clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong operational and reporting mindset
- Ability to independently drive and scale business verticals
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate digital marketing
- Agency-side leadership experience
- Exposure to integrated PR + Digital campaigns
- Experience managing annual billing portfolios of INR 2–5 Crores
- Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities

Compensation
