Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the President. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and arranging travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate and organize meetings; prepare and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Draft professional emails, letters, and other business correspondence.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential documents and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience as a PA, EA, or Personal Secretary.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
