We’re looking for an AI Video Designer who understands cinematic visuals, motion, storytelling, and AI-powered content creation someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping films, ads, reels, and branded content using the latest AI tools.

Role Overview
As an AI Video Designer, you’ll work closely with our creative, branding, and strategy teams to create high-quality AI-generated videos for brands, campaigns, social media, product films, commercials, and experimental content.
You should have a strong understanding of:
- Cinematic storytelling
- AI image/video generation workflows
- Motion aesthetics
- Editing rhythm & pacing
- Creative problem-solving
- Prompt engineering for visuals and animation
What You’ll Do
- Create AI-Generated Content: Produce cutting-edge AI videos, ads, reels, and cinematic content.
- Concept & Storyboard: Develop visual concepts, mood boards, and storyboards using advanced AI tools.
- Prompt Engineering: Generate high-quality AI images and videos using advanced prompting and fine-tuning techniques.
- Post-Production & Editing: Edit and enhance AI-generated footage into polished, professional final outputs.
- Master the Creative Suite: Seamlessly integrate AI assets with industry-standard editing software, demonstrating high-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Bring Visuals to Life: Utilize motion graphics and visual effects to add depth, dynamic transitions, and polished animations to AI outputs.
- Maintain Continuity: Ensure strict consistency in character generation, lighting, mood, and storytelling across all assets.
- Drive Campaigns: Work on social media campaigns, commercial spots, CGI-style ads, and branded storytelling.
- Collaborate across Teams: Partner with designers, writers, strategists, and creative directors to bring concepts to fruition.
- Innovate & Experiment: Regularly test new AI tools, software updates, and workflows to keep the agency ahead of the curve.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on the latest AI trends, algorithms, and creative techniques in the digital landscape.
Skills We’re Looking For
Must Have
- Strong sense of cinematography, composition, and visual storytelling
- Good understanding of editing, pacing, transitions, and sound sync
- Experience with AI creative tools
- Strong prompting skills for image/video generation
- Creative thinking and visual imagination
- Ability to convert rough ideas into strong visual outputs
- Understanding of ad films, social content, and internet culture
- Fast learner with an experimental mindset
