Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-driven Front Desk Manager (Pre-Sales) to manage front desk operations while driving business growth through Pre-Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Upselling, and Cross-selling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into clients, supporting sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Handle Pre-Sales activities by engaging with walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
- Drive B2B Sales and B2C Sales by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through Business Development and relationship building..
- Increase revenue through Upselling and Cross-selling of additional services and packages.
- Coordinate with Advisors and the sales team to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Front Desk Operations
- Manage day-to-day front desk activities and ensure a professional customer experience.
- Welcome visitors, schedule appointments, and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain customer records, appointments, and lead data using CRM or internal systems.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and aligned with company standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, appointments, conversions, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Upselling, and Cross-selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and appointment management tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and one regional language.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or service industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of local marketing activities, lead generation, and customer retention strategies.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
