Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical Site Manager to oversee mechanical installation, execution, and maintenance activities across our project sites in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, fabrication, HVAC, utility systems, and industrial equipment installation.
· Excellent project planning and execution skills.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Good communication and client-handling skills.
· Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· 8–15 years of experience in mechanical project/site management.
· Experience managing industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
· Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and project documentation.
· Willingness to travel between project sites in and around Surat as required.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
· Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment commissioning.
· Certification in Project Management or Safety (PMP, NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
