Position: Dealer Recruitment Lead

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000/month + dealer recruitment bonus per dealer signed
About Us:
BRIJSTAR GREEN ENERGY is building the largest solar dealer network in North Bengal .
The Role:
You’ll be the face of the campaign. Your job: Find, screen, and recruit 40-60 dealers across North Bengal towns and pockets. You’ll understand what motivates a small-town entrepreneur, build relationships, negotiate terms, and onboard them into our network. You’re not just hiring—you’re building a movement.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Scout potential dealers: Visit shops, tea gardens, small towns, identify entrepreneurs
- Conduct initial screening calls/meetings: Assess business acumen, commitment, local network
- Pitch opportunity: Explain business model, margin, commission structure
- Negotiate dealer terms:
- Onboard new dealers: Training on products, subsidy schemes, sales process, systems
- Track dealer performance:
- Troubleshoot dealer issues:
- Maintain dealer database: CRM tracking (Google Sheets or Zoho), performance dashboards
- Coordinate with Marketing on dealer recruitment campaigns (WhatsApp, Facebook, roadshows)
- Travel to dealer territories monthly to build relationships and identify new prospects
- Attend roadshows/events: Required Qualifications:
✓ 3-5 years of sales, business development, or franchise recruitment experience
✓ Deep connections in North Bengal—you know people, and people know you
✓ Entrepreneurial mindset: You’ve run a small business OR worked closely with entrepreneurs
✓ Excellent Hindi/Bengali communication skills (native speaker)
✓ Comfort with field work: 40-50% travel across North Bengal districts
✓ Basic digital literacy: WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, CRM tools
✓ Ability to close deals and persuade small business owners
✓ Problem-solving attitude: No task is “not my job”
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience recruiting for MLM/distribution networks (we’re NOT MLM, but the skills transfer)
- Worked in solar, retail, agriculture, or fintech sectors
- Negotiation skills from high-stakes sales roles
- Track record hitting recruitment/sales targets
- Familiarity with subsidy schemes
- Social media presence in local community
