1. Key Responsibilities1. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for deployed security guards.
- Prepare client-wise manpower reports, attendance reports, and billing data.
- Generate reports related to absenteeism, attrition, and deployment gaps.
- Ensure accuracy of data in all reports.
2. Attendance & Deployment Tracking
- Monitor attendance records from field staff and supervisors.
- Track shift-wise deployment of security guards.
- Highlight discrepancies in attendance and deployment.
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Provide accurate attendance data for salary processing.
- Maintain records for PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in UAN verification and employee data validation.
4. Coordination with Operations Team
- Coordinate with field officers and supervisors for real-time data.
- Follow up for pending reports and updates.
- Support operations in manpower planning and allocation.
5. Client Reporting
- Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with clients as required.
- Prepare customized MIS reports based on client needs.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to maintain client satisfaction.
6. Data Accuracy & System Management
- Update and maintain records in MIS software / Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of records.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Good analytical and data management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of labor compliance (PF, ESIC, payroll)
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- Certification in MS Excel / Data Management (preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management
- Experience in security services / manpower industry preferred

- Accuracy of reports
- Timely submission of MIS

- Client satisfaction with reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
