The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing room reservations, responding to guest inquiries, maximising room revenue, and ensuring a seamless booking experience through various reservation channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all room reservation enquiries received via phone, email, website, OTAs, and travel agents.
- Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
- Ensure all reservation details are correctly updated in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Maintain accurate room inventory and availability.
- Upsell room categories, packages, and resort services to maximize revenue.
- Monitor OTA extranets and online booking platforms.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to guest enquiries.
- Maintain reservation records and prepare daily reservation reports.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
