We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Search Ads campaigns that generate high-quality leads for IT services.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving Google Ads campaigns for our website development, custom software development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search Ads campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Build and optimize high-converting Search campaigns.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, keywords, and ad copy.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Create and maintain negative keyword lists.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the sales and web development teams to improve landing page performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Strong experience in Google Search Ads (mandatory).
- Good understanding of keyword match types and bidding strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and lead generation.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running campaigns for Website Development, Software Development, SEO, or Digital Marketing services.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing is an advantage.
