This is a strategic role focused on **lead generation, client relationship building, team leadership, and revenue growth**. You’ll be the key driver of expanding our presence in the recruitment and staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for Sales and Sales Growth
- New Client acquisition & Lead Generation
- Client relation management
- Revenue growth & Sales strategy
- Lead & manger CRM team
Requirement :-
- Minimum 1+ yrs experience in BD/Sales (MBA -Fresher can also apply)
- Strong Client handling & negotiation skills
- Team leadership experience
- B2B Client visit (Field work)
- Graduate
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
