As part of our expansion in India, we are looking for committed, service-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our Assistance Centre in Navi Mumbai.
Position Summary
The Assistance Centre Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer assistance requests from initial contact through case resolution, ensuring timely service, an outstanding customer experience, and compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, Assistance Services, Logistics, Insurance, or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Experience using CRM systems or customer management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting response time targets.
- Willingness to work on-site in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer requests with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
- Accurately register and manage customer cases using the CRM system.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure the timely delivery of assistance services.
- Monitor and follow up on cases until successful resolution.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and established response times.
- Escalate critical cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and effective customer solutions.
