Job Title: Senior Laboratory Manager
Location: Chalakudy, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 10+ years (3+ years in a managerial role)

Job Purpose
To oversee the complete daily operations, quality control, regulatory compliance, and team leadership of the laboratory facility in Chalakudy, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic/testing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Manage daily lab workflows, optimize turnaround time (TAT), and schedule technician shifts.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain absolute adherence to NABL, ISO, or CAP standards; manage internal and external quality audits.
- Documentation: Review, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Inventory & Equipment: Oversee procurement of reagents, manage vendor relations, and ensure routine calibration/maintenance of sophisticated laboratory instruments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and evaluate a team of lab technicians and support staff.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in a high-complexity diagnostic or industrial laboratory.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and advanced automation.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, operational budgeting, and fluency in English and Malayalam.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chalakudi Town, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
