Role Overview:
We are seeking an Art Director to join Shreejan’s Creative team. In this role, you will conceptualise and design impactful creative solutions across multiple marketplaces and develop a wide range of assets including images, videos, 3D virtual experiences and promotional banners tailored for placements across the Amazon platform. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will ensure the creative outputs are engaging, performance-driven and aligned with brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate creative briefs and drive artistic vision from concept to execution, establishing visual direction for the team.
• Maintain consistency with the brand’s voice, visual identity, and design standards
• Collaborate with 3D and Machine Learning teams to provide production briefs and continuous feedback for the content developed
• Work effectively within a team environment to deliver high-quality creative solutions
• Stay current with trends across retail, luxury fashion, beauty, home, décor and apply them to projects.
• Research and build deep understanding of the brands, customer experience, and target audience.
Education & Experience:
• Four-year degree in design or equivalent educational qualification
• 5+ years of professional experience in art direction or relevant creative roles
• A strong creative portfolio demonstrating brand expectations and creative capabilities
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of design principles - colour theory, lighting, material and composition
• Good conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop,
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of 3D software like Maya and blender
• Hand on experience on working with GEN AI tools for visual content creation
• Effective communication skills and ability to present creative work to internal and external stakeholders

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
