Yukti Herbs – Multispeciality Ayurveda & Panchakarma Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage our in-house store operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in retail/store management, with good knowledge of sales, inventory management, staff handling, customer service, and daily store operations.
The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the store, maintaining stock accuracy, managing the store team, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
- Handle sales, billing, customer enquiries, and customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory, inward/outward movement, and product availability.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper inventory control.
- Monitor expiry dates, especially for Ayurvedic, herbal, wellness, and healthcare-related products.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements, sales performance, and operational issues.
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase store sales.
- Ensure that store staff follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment at all times.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Store Management, Retail Management, Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, FMCG, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain reports.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working in an in-house/on-site environment.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with previous experience managing a healthcare, Ayurveda, herbal, wellness, pharmacy, or retail store will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
