Job Responsibilities
CCTV Technician Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of surveillance systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV hardware, cabling, and power supplies.
- Ensure proper camera positioning, focus, and network connectivity for optimal performance.
- Configure remote monitoring, storage solutions, and mobile viewing applications.
- Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on CCTV system usage.
Computer Technician Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including OS and driver problems.
- Perform regular system updates, virus scans, and system backups.
- Handle installation and configuration of networking devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
- Ensure proper cabling, connectivity, and system security.
- Assist with data recovery, software installation, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and prepare service/repair reports.
General Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to service requests and provide on-site/remote support.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues with minimum downtime.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
- Stay updated with the latest CCTV and IT hardware/software technologies.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies during fieldwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,253.87 - ₹18,000.00 per month
