Salary Range:
- Freshers: 25,000 – 30,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates (1–3 Years): 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Food Technologists / R&D Trainees to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in food innovation, product development, and quality improvement across beverages, food products, hot sauces, bakery, and dairy categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research and development activities for new food and beverage products
- Support formulation and product trials for beverages, hot sauces, bakery, and dairy products
- Conduct testing, analysis, and documentation of product samples
- Ensure product quality standards and regulatory compliance are maintained
- Participate in product improvement and recipe optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with production and quality teams during product development stages
- Maintain R&D records, reports, and sample documentation
- Stay updated on food trends, ingredients, and market innovations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in food R&D are preferred
- Knowledge of food formulations, ingredients, and food safety standards will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
